Bathroom Installer - Full Time (Employed)

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per year (depending on experience)
Thame Bathroom Solutions are seeking a highly experienced, employed Bathroom Installer to join our professional installation team on a full-time basis.
We specialise in mid to high-end bathroom installations and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Complete bathroom installations including 1st & 2nd fix plumbing
Installing mid to high-end bathrooms to a consistently high standard
Ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on schedule
Maintaining a professional, customer-friendly approach on site
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' practical experience as a bathroom installer/plumber
Strong plumbing background essential
Carpentry skills (fitting furniture, worktops, stud walls) advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and quality finish
Reliable, flexible, and solutions-minded
Strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
Strong, checkable references required
