As a Skilled Engineer, you will carry out property maintenance and building services to a high standard, ensuring our clients receive reliable, professional, and customer-focused service. You will be responsible for completing jobs efficiently, maintaining health and safety standards, and upholding Snowik's reputation for excellence.

What we can offer:



Monday to Friday (weekends available but not required) Bank holidays off (work available but not required) Hourly rate:

29-41 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



Carry out full bathroom installations, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, flooring, and finishing works. Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare areas for new installations. Install sanitary ware such as baths, showers, toilets, basins, and taps to a high standard. Fit furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and accessories as required. Conduct necessary plumbing works -- connecting water supply, waste pipes, and ensuring leak-free installation. Complete wall and floor tiling, grouting, and sealing to a professional finish. Ensure all work complies with building regulations and company health & safety policies. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain high levels of workmanship. Liaise with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction with completed works. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including proper disposal of waste materials. Report progress, issues, or additional work requirements to the site supervisor or office team. Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are maintained in good condition. Be flexible and willing to carry out

general maintenance and handyman work

as required by the business.

Essential Requirements



To join the Snowik team, you must have:

A

full UK driving license.

A

current DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one)

Public Liability Insurance.

A valid

UTR

and

National Insurance Number

, and be

CIS registered

Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear

written and verbal reports in English.

Good knowledge of

UK building materials, regulations and standards.

A proven track record of being

punctual, reliable and responsible

in your work.
