Level 2 plumbing qualification desired, but not compulsory if the candidate can effectively demonstrate the necessary skills.

Must have driving license

Established with more than eighteen years' experience and based in East Sussex, GMS Adaptations Ltd specialises in the design and implementation of Extensions, Bathrooms, Wet rooms, Disabled Adaptations, Access solutions, Kitchens and Property Maintenance.

All our Lead operatives have a minimum of three years' experience and as a result offer a professional, personal service, along with a very high standard of workmanship for a large network of private clients and several local authorities. At GMS Adaptations Ltd we take our Health & Safety responsibilities very seriously and have the facility to provide Health and Safety Risk Assessments for projects we undertake as well as Method Statements explaining how specific tasks will be executed.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate how they combine initiative and experience in all aspects of plumbing, specifically bathroom fitting.

Key Tasks will include:

Disconnecting plumbing supplies
Stripping out kitchens and bathrooms
1st fix plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens
Installation of bathroom suites and level access showers
2nd fix plumbing
Moving and/or replacing radiators
Ceramic tiling and basic carpentry skills would be advantageous. Candidates must have good communication skills, show honesty and integrity, be flexible, and have a positive attitude. Applicants must also demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety at Work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
