Summary

We're looking for an experienced

Bathroom Fitter / Installer

to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

Complete first and second fix plumbing, fitting basins, toilets, baths, showers and wet rooms. Carry out associated work such as carpentry, tiling and flooring. Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately. Collect materials from suppliers as required. Use power and hand tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment. Provide excellent customer service and represent NTP proudly on every job. Assist with repairs, maintenance and small plumbing works as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bathroom fitter or in a similar plumbing/construction role. Strong practical skills and attention to detail. Confident in using tools and following installation methods safely. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Basic knowledge of electrical systems or plastering is an advantage (not essential). Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Employed Position:

Salary 30,000-38,000 per year (dependent on experience) Company van, phone, uniform, tools provided Monday to Friday schedule Friendly, local team with long-term growth opportunities Company vehicle, phone, uniform, tools and equipment provided.

Self-Employed Option:

Competitive day rate based on experience and scope of work Consistent pipeline of work across Malvern & Worcestershire All products supplied and projects well-organised by our office team Potential to transition into full employment if desired

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Bathroom installation: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence Level 2 Plumbing (City & Guilds). G3 qualification (preferred)
