WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're interested in hearing from two types of applicants:

Experienced bathroom installers

who can complete full installations to a high standard.

Skilled tradespeople

(such as plumbers, joiners, or multi-trade fitters) who want to

train to become bathroom installers

This isn't an entry-level position for anyone changing careers from outside the trade. We're looking for people with

transferable skills and hands-on experience

, who take pride in good workmanship and want to develop within a respected local company.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Presentable, approachable, and respectful at all times Maintain site and vehicle cleanliness Treat customers' homes with care and professionalism Work to agreed timescales and company standards

PLANNING AND COMMUNICATION

Manage your own workload efficiently Give clear notice for materials or support needed Communicate well with customers and our office team Lead and guide labourers effectively when assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) Solid trade background (plumbing, joinery, or similar) Good communication and organisational skills Professional attitude and pride in your work Local to Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, or Leicestershire

KEY SKILLS (FOR EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS)

First and second fix plumbing for domestic hot and cold water systems Installation of baths, showers, trays, enclosures, and associated pipework Fitting of bathroom furniture, worktops, and frames Wall tiling or panelling, and floor tiling or LVT flooring Final finishing touches, sealing, and handover presentation

KEY SKILLS (FOR TRADES LOOKING TO TRANSFER)

If you already have a strong trade background and want to expand your skills into full bathroom installation, here's what we're looking for:

Experience in a core trade such as plumbing, joinery, tiling, or multi-trade property maintenance Good practical knowledge of using hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality finishing Ability to follow drawings, measurements, and specifications accurately Confidence working independently or as part of a small team Professional attitude towards customers and a clean, tidy approach to work A willingness to learn new installation methods and follow our company standards
We'll provide full on-the-job training and guidance from our experienced installation team, helping you develop into a skilled, self-sufficient bathroom installer.
