Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bathroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients.

You will visit customers in their home to show samples and provide a quote for complete wet wall bathrooms. All appointments are booked for you and confirmed.

This role requires excellent organisational skills and a drive to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. If you are passionate about sales and have a knack for negotiation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. Manage time efficiently to ensure all leads are followed up promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently. Proficient negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Highly organised with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation. Basic IT skills for using CRM systems and other software tools effectively. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve individual and team sales targets.
