We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Bathroom Showroom Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their bathroom design choices, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your expertise in bathroom products and design software will be essential in helping customers visualise their ideal space.

Flexible Working Hours 24 - 28 Hours a Week Monday - Saturday

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for bathroom designs. Utilise CAD software to create detailed bathroom layouts and designs. Provide expert advice on product selection, including fixtures, fittings, and finishes. Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales. Maintain an organised showroom display that showcases our products effectively through merchandising strategies. Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to foster strong relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure the showroom is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for accurate pricing and measurements. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy showroom environment. Previous experience in retail or a similar advisory role is preferred but not essential.
