We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills. He will report to Directors.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to encourage sales.
Implement upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised sales area, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills
Be the point of contact in our showrooms meeting and greeting customers
Provide exceptional service in establishing customer requirements
Provide customer with a tailored quotation to match their needs and budget
Be proactive in following up all quotations to maximise sales opportunities
Be involved in the ordering, and planning of delivery of all completed sales
Merchandising within the showroom ensuring showroom environment, and ensuring the showroom is maintained to a high standard
Keeping on top of industry trends to ensure all customer needs are met
Dealing with any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar customer facing role
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail when processing orders and quotations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
