We have a bathroom showroom within our premises which has high end products from leading manufacturers on display. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has established us as a trusted provider in the industry, we have been installing bathrooms for years and have a great team of people which we're looking to add the right person to in order to help push the bathroom side of the business forward.

We are seeking a highly driven, experienced and organised Bathroom surveyor and designer to join our team at McRoberts. This role is pivotal in overseeing showroom operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding customers on product ranges, designs and pricing while ensuring that our showroom reflects the quality and service we stand for.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the showroom to ensure a high standard of customer service. Provide design ideas to customers and manage bathroom sales. Complete cad drawings using our design software. Organise product displays to effectively showcase our plumbing and heating solutions, update displays as required. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. Check over bathroom deliveries to ensure that they are correct, undamaged and acceptable to be fitted as they arrive Carry out site surveys in customers properties, measure bathrooms accurately in order to design using our software Assess plumbing, drainage and electrics Communicate with our in house installers during installations and help to resolve any issues Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Price and order parts required for customers. Prepare documents including quotes and other customer communications as required. Communicate with suppliers and their representatives

Requirements

Proven experience in bathroom design and supply Product knowledge of bathroom suites, furniture, tiles, wet wall and associated products. Product training can be provided if required. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in Cad drawings and bathroom design. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Administrative skills and be proficient in using various software applications including Word, Adobe and Excel. Excellent time keeping. Full UK driving licence
