Key Responsibilities:
Key Job Responsibilities
Effective communication between Argenbright Security Europe LTD, Customers, Account Management, Head of Service and Head of Installations.
Working as a team leader with up to three direct reports based at our clients offices London.
Carry out site maintenance and repair activity in line with specifications and plans.
Communicate any deviations to the Account Manager.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is delivered to the team upon job completion.
Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Provide leadership to respective Trainee Engineers.
Carry out mentoring of Trainee Engineers.
Assist with technical queries from Engineers and Project Managers.
Ensure team working practices are always maintained to a high standard.
To always support, company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis
on the protection of sensitive customer information.
Any other reasonable requests from management.
Implement and act in accordance with the organisations information security policies.
Protect assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
Implement particular security processes or activities, as requested by management.
Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organisation
Our ideal candidate requirements:
Candidate to have a minimum of 2 years' experience across multiple disciplines including
Intruder, CCTV, Access Control.
Genetec Experience
Lenel Experience
Customer focused.
Excellent telephone manner.
PC Literate.
Team player.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceed all tasks given. Be an ambassador for ASEL Security. always, displaying quality and excellence in all dealings with external and internal customers and suppliers.
Ability to work within a continually changing environment.
Network/IP based product experience.
Site based in Canary Warf London
Some fully expensed additional travel requirements outside of London and into EMEA
Maintenance, repair, commissioning and installation of CCTV and access control systems both remotely and onsite.
Test, program, and commission new technical security devices and inspect installations for quality assurance.
Manage maintenance of installed technical devices and systems with assistance from systems integrators and other onsite engineers
Maintain and ensure high-quality project documentation and communication.
Effectively communicating with clients, the Project Management Team, and internal stakeholders.
Executing site activities according to specifications and plans while addressing any deviations promptly.
Addressing client queries in a timely manner and providing leadership.
Supporting company policies and best practices in security and the protection of sensitive customer information.
Reporting security events or potential risks to the organisation.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
Demonstrated experience with Genetec and Lenel systems is essential.
Certifications in Genetec and Lenel are beneficial but not mandatory.
Comprehensive knowledge of Network/IP-based products.
Full knowledge of Access and CCTV systems
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
PC literate and adaptable in a continually changing environment.
