We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating behaviour intervention plans to support individuals with behavioural challenges. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through evidence-based practices and personalised support. The role requires a strong foundation in behavioural analysis, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. This role is for direct work with clients with autism, providing early intervention.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and monitor behaviour intervention programmes aligned with best practices and ethical standards.
Analyse behavioural data to evaluate programme effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Work on direct with clients providing, early intervention
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and maximise positive outcomes.
Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, progress reports, and compliance records.
Stay informed of current research developments in behaviour analysis and incorporate new evidence-based practices into programmes.
Qualifications
Hold a recognised certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Demonstrate strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex behavioural data accurately.
Possess excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining high standards of documentation.
Experience working with diverse populations, particularly individuals with developmental or behavioural challenges, is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a professional manner.
