? Handle inbound and outbound service and sales enquiries in a professional manner via telephone, email & multiple online systems
? Accurately log, track, and follow up on all leads to ensure timely and effective resolution.
? Conduct follow-up calls for appointments and lost sales opportunities.
? Contact businesses or private individuals to schedule appointments
? Identify and secure additional business opportunities (e.g., warranty checks, recalls, etc.).
? Ensure comprehensive and accurate capture of all customer information.
? Process bookings and amendments promptly and with attention to detail.
? Promote the core benefits of the FRF Motors customer experience during all interactions.
? Maintain accurate daily records of achievements and performance metrics.
? Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call booking targets.
? Perform all tasks efficiently, professionally, and safely to meet customer expectations and maximise the productivity and effectiveness of the BDC and marketing teams.

? Demonstrated success in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
? Experience working towards and consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
? Strong communication, administrative, and organisational abilities.
? Experienced customer service and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high standards.
? Professional, polite, calm, and approachable demeanour.
? Effective team player as well as the ability to self-motivate to achieve individual goals
? Capable of working independently and showing initiative with minimal supervision.
? Flexible and proactive "can-do" attitude.
? Proficient in the use of relevant IT systems and applications.
