Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand our customer base. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or market segments. Manage existing client accounts, nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to generate new leads and increase brand awareness. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the marketplace. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive client experience. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to inform strategic planning and management decisions. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. Lead and mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management and territory management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and regions effectively. Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales initiatives. Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making. Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or direct sales environments is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to upsell and identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and customer success. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
