About the role




The Cafe Worker plays a key role in the daily operations of the Beacon Cafe, which is the hub of the building. The Cafe provides a welcoming space where tenants, visitors and local residents can connect. This role supports the cafe's view to continue to be a warm and inclusive environment through delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage preparations and helping to deliver a sense of community and professionalism throughout the building.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:



Prepares food and beverages to the highest standards of hygiene at all times. Someone who carefully follows all relevant Food and Safety laws and legislation. Prides themselves on their customer service skills. Is proactive and driven. Is a team player and works collaboratively with others.
