Beauty Therapist - 2025 Salon of the Year - Hall of Fame

We are seeking a Full Time/ Part Time expert Beauty Therapists to join our award-winning luxury 5salon.
As a Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first class service delivering the highest standard of treatments with huge potential to grow a large clientele.

You will be confident with manicures, pedicures and waxing. We also offer Natura Bisse facials, massage and makeup.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional client services. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. Your skills in communication and hospitality will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests.

Duties

Perform various beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing Provide deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies as required. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth. Manage social media accounts to showcase your work and promote the salon's offerings. Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that prioritises client comfort.

Requirements

Proven experience in beauty therapy is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Previous or guest services is advantageous. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is advantageous. Ability to perform deep tissue massages is desirable but not mandatory Proficiency in social media management to promote beauty services effectively. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
