Duties

Provide a range of beauty treatments including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Manage front desk operations, greeting clients warmly and assisting with appointment scheduling. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Brow waxing and shaping Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and enhance the salon's online presence. Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in hospitality and customer service with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency in various beauty treatments including eyelash extensions and makeup application. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment. Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional services or products. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities is advantageous.
