Beautician (OTE 30,000+, flexible hours available)

Full Time - 40 hours per week, working 4 or 5 days over 7

Between 10am - 8pm, including weekends on a rota basis

Salary up to 25,397 per annum, plus tronc and fantastic commission opportunity

Job Purpose:

To deliver a high standard of beauty and holistic treatments to guests of Swinton Park's 4 Red Star luxury hotel and spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through professional service, expert product knowledge, and personalised aftercare. The role also includes promoting retail products, supporting treatment sales, and assisting the leisure team in maintaining the cleanliness and standards of all spa and leisure areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest services & Front of House

Treatments including massage, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures in a professional manner to all guests Aftercare and retail offering to all clients Product knowledge to promote retail products and upsell treatments to members, spa users and hotel guests Assistance to the leisure team when available to ensure all leisure areas are well maintained and kept to our high standards

Health, Safety & Professionalism

Follow all company health and safety procedures and policies Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner. Maintain own working area, keeping materials and products clean, tidy and in a safe and sanitary condition and report any defective materials and equipment Complete all training that is required including eLearning courses

Requirements

Have achieved NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy Display Immaculate personal presentation and pride in your appearance Have excellent spoken English Preferably have holistic experience Have relevant industry experience
