Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including nails, makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, facials. Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to promote services and engage with the community. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in eyelash extensions application is desirable. Ability to perform deep tissue massage is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients. Experience in social media management to promote services effectively. Upselling skills to maximise client engagement and sales opportunities.

Pay: 8.00-13.00 per hour
