Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team that will work 2 to 4 days a week

The ideal candidates will have a flair for beauty treatments and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

We are based within a Nuffield gym in Chingford, London E4. You must live or be able to commute to Chingford easily (by public transport or car)

As a Beauty Therapist you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, including all Level 2 and 3 treatments.

MUST BE QUALIFIED IN ELECTRICAL FACE AND BODY MASSAGE

You must have Salon Experience and feel confident in carrying out the following treatments: Massage, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Gel polish, Waxing and Spray Tanning.

We offer treatments for men and women. Knowledge of Guinot and CACI would be a strong advantage, but not essential.

Must be willing to work flexible hours i.e. Days, Evenings and Weekends, and to cover shifts when needed.

You will be fully employed and receive holiday pay, commission on every treatment, overtime, 75% discounted ym membership and free beauty treatments

Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Provide a range of beauty services, which include level 2 and 3 treatments Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer clients the best services possible. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Handle client enquiries and bookings professionally, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with the level 2 and 3 qualification or equivalent Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Ability to speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
