Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the treatment area. Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community. Offer hospitality to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued during their visit.?

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in managing appointments and maintaining an organised workspace. Familiarity with social media management for promotional purposes is advantageous. Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue. A background in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty therapy are essential.
