Job Description

Our client, a well known Beauty and lifestyle communications agency are seeking an experienced Account Director with strong team and client leadership skills. Experience in PR and communications, with a focus on beauty, gained through agency or in-house roles is also essential.

The role requires strong communication and networking skills; an ability to build relationships and provide strategic client counsel. The role holder will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, delivering a strategic and creative approach across digital, influence, press, events & partnerships.

Experience Required



Demonstrated success in luxury PR, with deep connections across the beauty industry. Proven track record / success with beauty brands. (agency or in-house). Effective team leader with a collaborative and results-oriented approach. Proven ability to execute ROI-driven social media campaigns with measurable impact. Deep understanding of key digital marketing channels and how to leverage them effectively. Proficient in online marketing and influencer tools, including Cision, Tribe, and Creator IQ. Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management capabilities. Highly organised multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and meets tight deadlines. Skilled in negotiation, public speaking, and strategic communication.
