Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our instore team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering beauty advice, and promoting our range of products. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer experience through your expertise in makeup, ensuring that each customer leaves feeling empowered with the perfect products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service tailored to the individual's needs Take ownership of achieving sales targets and contributing to overall counter performance. Represent the brand with professionalism to support market growth. Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and shade matching. Build customer relationships to support future store events and brand activations. Attend and actively participate in virtual and in-store training sessions led by our Education Team. Be a true team player who recognises that our people are at the heart of what we do. See the power in TEAM.*
Maintain brand standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and counter presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store with hours which include, full flexibability to work evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail or beauty environment is preferred Previous make-up artistry experience preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are creative, passionate and open to developing artistry skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a community around your passion for self-made beauty. Strong understanding focus on current beauty and makeup trends.

Pay: 12.88-13.39 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
