Beauty Boutique in Hampstead is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in providing exceptional treatments and services, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior therapists.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of beauty and/or Aesthetic treatments. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide innovative services. Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments provided. Promote products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about aftercare and home care options. Handle client feedback professionally, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in variety of Level 2, 3 or 4 treatments, be a confident person and a team player. Proven experience as a Beauty/Aesthetics Therapist, ideally in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of various treatments and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
