Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Beauty and Laser Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, managing client appointments, and contributing to the overall success of the salon. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapies, alongside excellent customer service skills and a flair for upselling.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of beauty and laser treatments. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide innovative services. Promote products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about aftercare and home care options. Handle client feedback professionally, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.Perform a wide range of beauty treatments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and business revenue.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in variety of Level 2, 3 or 4 treatments, be a confident person and a team player. Proven experience as a Beauty/laser Therapist, ideally in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of various treatments and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
