Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting our range of holistic health and beauty services. Your expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients with their beauty consultations, ensuring a personalised experience. Promote and upsell our beauty products and services to meet client needs. Manage social media platforms to engage with clients and promote our offerings. Provide expert advice on skincare and beauty treatments. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and product knowledge. Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in person.

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong interest in the beauty or wellness industry. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work well within a team. Basic math skills for product pricing and transactions. Previous experience in upselling or retail sales is advantageous.

Pay: 12.80-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
