As we grow in London, we're looking for

talented Beauty Experts

to join our team. If you're passionate about skincare, thrive in a dynamic retail environment, and enjoy guiding and educating clients, we would love to meet you!


We're seeking

versatile, enthusiastic, and confident individuals

who combine retail excellence with hands-on skincare treatments (if you hold a Level 2 Beauty diploma). Whether it's providing facials, offering personalised consultations, or leading in-store events, you'll make every client interaction memorable.

Our London Boutiques & Opening Hours

(Weekends are part of the schedule. We operate a fair rotation system within the team, including

1 full weekend off per month.)

Your missions :

Deliver luxury facials (for candidates holding a minimum

Level 2 Beauty diploma

) using brands such as

Oh My Cream Skincare, Dermalogica, and Tata Harper

Perform

HydraFacial treatments in collaboration with Dermalogica

Offer

personalized consultations

and

tailored product recommendations

to create exceptional customer experiences. Perform

skin diagnosis

to understand client needs and suggest suitable products. Lead

masterclasses and in-store events

to engage and educate customers. Handle

stock deliveries, inventory, and ordering

to ensure smooth store operations.

What we offer :

Monthly commission

based on turnover achieved.

One weekend off

per month (except in December). Day-off

on the

birthday date.

5 sick days per calendar year
