Overview:

Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Full-time Beauty Expert to make real connections in Manchester T2.

Please note in order to be able to work in the airport you will need to be 18 or over.
Responsibilities:

As a Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:

Sales Goals -

Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.

Teamwork

- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.

Promotions and Special Events

- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.

Administration

- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.

Hygiene and Housekeeping

- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.



Qualifications:
