What You'll Do

Lead, motivate, and energise your retail team to deliver top-tier customer service and exceed sales goals. Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and a high-performance environment. Strategically drive productivity through sales initiatives and customer engagement. Maintain clear, open communication across your team to foster positivity and results. Handle customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism - in person and over the phone. Manage the facial suite to maximise bookings, deliver service excellence, and generate additional revenue. Ensure the store is spotless, organised, and merchandised to visual perfection. Execute accurate inventory checks and keep all stock-related admin in top shape. Masterfully plan schedules to ensure peak coverage and seamless team coordination. Lead regular team huddles focused on KPIs, growth, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role - beauty industry preferred. Strong sales acumen with a laser-focus on hitting and exceeding targets. A genuine passion for skincare and Korean beauty products - you love sharing it with others. Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus. A collaborative leadership style that lifts others up and creates a positive team culture. Detail-oriented with solid admin and inventory management capabilities.

Pay: 2,200.00-2,300.00 per month
