This is an ideal space for those looking to establish or expand their beauty business, providing a perfect setting for services such as deep tissue massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering. Our facility prioritises hospitality and customer service, ensuring that both you and your clients feel valued and comfortable.

Please note: These rooms are not available for facial or aesthetic (injectables, advanced skincare) treatments.

Responsibilities

Manage your own beauty room, ensuring it is clean, organised, and welcoming for clients. Provide exceptional guest services that enhance the client experience. Perform a range of beauty treatments including deep tissue massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering as per your expertise. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the client's experience. Maintain accurate records of appointments and client preferences to foster repeat business. Collaborate with other professionals in the space to create a supportive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the beauty industry with skills in areas such as deep tissue massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, or barbering. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain a professional environment. A passion for beauty and wellness with a desire to grow your business within our community.
