Position: Salon Assistant

Beautielab is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic

Salon Assistant

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, friendly, and passionate about beauty. You'll be the heart of the salon, ensuring our clients feel welcomed and our therapists are supported.

Responsibilities

Managing bookings and scheduling appointments Responding to emails and social media messages Taking before-and-after pictures of nail and beauty treatments Greeting clients and offering drinks on arrival Assisting therapists and guiding clients through their visit Helping to keep the salon clean, tidy, and welcoming Supporting with social media content (e.g., posting stories, updates, or client highlights) Acting as a friendly point of contact to ensure clients enjoy their salon experience
Requirements

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) Organised and detail-oriented Confident using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude Previous customer service experience preferred (but not essential) Interest in beauty and nails is a plus!
