Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including expertise in female facial massage, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. This role requires strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills to manage client interactions and enhance their experience. The Technician will also be responsible for front desk duties and may engage in social media management to promote our services.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality female facial massage treatments tailored to individual client needs. Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care. Apply makeup for clients, ensuring a professional finish that meets their expectations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Assist in social media management by creating engaging content that showcases services and promotions.

Requirements

Proven experience in deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in front desk operations is an advantage. Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional services. Familiarity with barbering techniques is a plus. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficient in social media management for promotional purposes.

Pay: 22,900.00-45,313.37 per year
