Job Summary

We are seeking a young passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and develop alongside their level 3 beauty therapy apprenticeship. They must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, eyelash extensions and skincare treatments. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, facials, and skincare consultations. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering tailored beauty solutions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and products are hygienic and well-stocked. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with informed recommendations. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their beauty needs and preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. All services will be taught to the candidate Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for beauty and a desire to stay current with industry trends. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are advantageous but not essential.
You will complete your beauty therapist Level 3 apprenticeship (equivalent to A-Levels) alongside the job.

shift pattern:

3 weekdays 10.30am-8pm

1 weekend 9am-2pm

1 weekday - college.
