Overview

As a Beauty Therapist at GlowBeauty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments while providing exceptional customer care in a professional and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in ensuring every client feels relaxed, valued, and confident in the services they receive.

The role involves performing a range of treatments to a consistently high standard, maintaining excellent hygiene and salon presentation, and building strong client relationships. Duties

Perform specialised beauty treatments including builder gel, pedicures, facials, massage, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas Ensure all equipment and products are used safely and correctly Provide personalised advice on skincare routines and beauty products Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products Assist with retail sales of beauty products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue General salon duties such as laundry, cleaning, stock takes, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience within the beauty industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning

Pay: From 16.00 per hour
