About Us
The Retreat Beauty Salon is an award-winning salon located in the heart of Barnstaple, renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional standards. We offer a wide range of treatments, including advanced skincare, massage, waxing, nails and more, and we're dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for every client who walks through our doors.

About You
You'll have at least 2 years' salon experience and a passion for delivering outstanding treatments and client care. You'll also bring:

You are an experienced Level 3 Beauty Therapist Excellent communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail and a love for creating exceptional client experiences Reliability, commitment and a positive, enthusiastic attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team Flexibility to cover holidays, staff absence, weekends and some evenings Confidence in retail skills and product knowledge PC literacy and professionalism
