Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments, including; nail application, massage, lash & brow treatments, facials and waxing and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling pampered and satisfied.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and nail application. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide the best services possible. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during treatments.

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in nail application techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour are crucial for building client relationships. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy to at least a level 3.
