Join our growing team at Hideaway Retreat!
We are looking for a passionate and professional Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis.
What we're looking for:
A qualified Beauty Therapist with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). A strong understanding of customer care and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Ability to maintain 5-star treatment standards. Confidence in waxing. Lycon qualified preferred (training will be provided if necessary).
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Perform beauty treatments, in accordance with client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice. Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques to offer the latest services.
