Overview

Are you passionate about beauty and looking to start your career in a vibrant, supportive salon? The Colour and Therapy Lounge in Blackburn is looking for a Level 2 Beauty Apprentice to join our friendly and experienced team!

As a Beauty Apprentice, you will train alongside experienced professionals while working towards your Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy salon environment and be mentored in a variety of treatments, client care, and salon operations.

The apprentice will be expected to:

Meet and greet clients

Assisting stylists

Reception duties

Cleaning duties

Training

Responsibilities

Assist with and learn treatments

Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene to high standards

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service

Manage bookings and support day-to-day salon tasks

Participate in training sessions and practical assessments

Qualifications Required

Will need to pass an initial assessment at Blackburn College.
