Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting for Level 3 Beauty Therapists to work in our Spa
About the role
The Beauty Therapists will ensure that the guests are well looked after at all times while at the spa. The role will involve informing guests how the spa operates and is organized and explains the treatment process and its benefits. The successful applicant will ensure a high standard of beauty treatments and hygiene procedures, provide advice on the spa beauty products and sell them also advising guests on the services offered at the site.
To complete ESPA Essential training for all new recruits
To conduct refresher training on all aspects of treatments that we offer or additional treatments added to our menu.
To ensure all employees are up-to-date with retail products and prices
To have open communication with the Assistant Manager on all training and procedures and to send all relevant correspondence.
Focused on providing customer satisfaction and guests are well looked after at all times.
To report customer complaints or problems to management
Ensures that the therapists organise their treatment rooms in accordance with set procedures.
Ensures the therapists maintain a high level of cleanliness within the department
Carries out all spa treatments as booked by guests to the highest standards.
Act as a role model for other therapists and help train and coach new starters
Ensures the smooth running of all beauty equipment informing the Assistant Manager of any issues.
Gives beauty treatments in compliance with standards and protocols, respecting appointment times and standard treatment durations
Adheres to the Hotels uniform and dress standards.
Provide advice on the spa beauty products and retail these.
Inform guests how the spa operates and is organised and explains the treatment process and its benefits.
To ensure a high standard of beauty treatment hygiene procedures.
Ensures that a client consultation form is completed prior to each treatment.
Ensure all areas of the spa are kept clean and tidy.
Advises guests on the services offered at the site as well as the regions cultural and tourist attractions.
To understand and support The Last Drop Village Hotel's commitment to Customer Service within the job role.
To undertake relevant training as directed by their Line Manager.
The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.
To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotel's Health and Safety policies.
