Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, and specialised therapies Apply makeup for clients for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring personalised service tailored to individual preferences Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training

Skills

Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour coordination and style suitability Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and skincare advice Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure effective client interactions Organised with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards and accurate record keeping Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while also independently managing client appointments
