We are a small busy salon, looking to expand our team. The salon compromises of treatment rooms so you must be confident in working on your own within your own private treatment room. We pride ourselves on our perfection, and we always strive for client satisfaction.

The salon has a very laid back, gentle atmosphere... we don't rush, we aren't a conveyor belt. We build a bond with our clients and pride ourselves on this.

We believe in providing a good work life balance. This is why we are CLOSED on weekends, bank holidays, and we also close in-between Christmas and new year to give you the well needed rest you deserve.

Annual Leave dependant on weekly working hours.

Rate of pay would be starting from 12.21 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications.

This is a part time employed position (8 hours minimum, with the possibility to flex up to full time when a column has been built up).

Full time can be offered to a candidate with an existing client base.

We would like you be qualified and experienced in the following:

Gel Nails ( priority) Builder Gel Nails(priority) Pedicures Brow & Lash Tinting and Waxing Body Waxing Lash Lifting Facials Massage (preferable but not essential) HD Brows (preferable but not essential) Brow Lamination (preferable but not essential) Carry out consultations, evaluations, and recommendations to clients
training can be provided to the successful applicant

Person Specification

You must demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal Must have a professional salon etiquette. Professional and presentable at all times whilst in the salon. Have a passion for beauty and wellbeing. Display the ability to work on your own, as well as within a small team. NVQ Level 2 Beauty NVQ Level 3 Beauty (preferable but not essential) Able to provide evidence of qualifications at the interview stage. Trade Test is mandatory upon successful interview.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate beauty treatments. Perform beauty services with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Communicate effectively with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques to offer the latest services.
We're looking for someone who has a passion for beauty, eye for detail, and can provide excellent customer service, along with high standard treatments.
