Job Description

A Qualified Beauty Therapist and a Nail Technician are required for a long established and independently owned, Hair & Beauty Salon in Burgess Hill. We are professionals, a friendly team and provide excellent customer service to our clients who are at the heart of all we do.

Our work environment includes:

3 Treatment rooms. 2 Nail Stations. Closed Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays. Lively and fun atmosphere. Long established client base.
Duties:

- Provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including waxing (Inc. intimate), facials, massage (Inc. Hot stone), manicure, pedicure, electrolysis and make up.

- Offer front desk support by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing payments if required.

- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.

- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.

- ??Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.

- Trained in Guinot, Crystal Clear, CACI, Jessica, Harley hot wax and Mii would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

- NVQ Level 2 & 3 or

- At least 1yr in Salon experience.

- Confident in approaching clients and upselling services and products.

- Enjoys working on own initiative and as part of a team.
