Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best. You will provide a range of beauty treatments, maintain high standards of hygiene and client care, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere at Elegance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, and other salon services Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with salon policies and health regulations Advise clients on aftercare and suitable beauty products and treatments Support salon promotions and retail sales Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth salon operations
Requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification Proven experience working in a beauty salon environment is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability for part-time or full-time shifts
