We're The Brow Job! An edgy, inclusive beauty studio in Hoole that does things a little differently. We don't do egos. We don't do exclusivity. We do collaboration, creativity and community.

Known as the safe space for brows, lashes, nails, and piercings, we're the salon that celebrates individuality, obsesses over client experience, and leaves the "perfect beauty" nonsense at the door.

We're growing fast and moving into our next phase (we've got a new studio, new services, same attitude), and we're looking for a Beauty Therapist to join the team.

The Role

You'll be a key part of our team delivering flawless treatments while giving clients that signature Brow Job experience: relaxed, confident, and completely seen.

This role is perfect for someone who's both detail-obsessed and people-driven. You'll be working alongside our brow and nail experts, so collaboration is a must.

Your days might include:

Performing treatments such as waxing, brows, lash lifts, lash extensions, or other beauty services depending on your skillset. Building strong relationships with clients (we're big on community, not quick transactions). Creating content for social media Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming space that feels like home -- because our clients often say it is. Recommending aftercare and products in an honest way. Completing admin like checking patch tests, calling and contacting clients via phone and email. Being a team player, helping out your teammates, sharing ideas, and contributing to the creative direction of the salon.
We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has a Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent experience). Has experience in waxing, lash lifts, tinting or lash extensions (extra skills like nails or piercings are a bonus). Is kind, inclusive, and confident with all people -- neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, every body and every identity. Can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and bring good vibes even on busy Saturdays. Wants to grow with us -- we invest in training, upskilling, and creative opportunities.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
