Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including, skincare, and other specialised therapies Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and professional communication Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments

Qualifications

Proven experience in general beauty therapy is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Excellent communication skills to engage with clients confidently and professionally Ability to work well within a team as well as independently A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
