We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join us in our busy salon in Cramlington. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty treatments and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring that clients feel pampered and satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, massage, manicures, lash treatments and pedicures. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer clients the best services possible. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Promote products and services to enhance the client experience. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Create and promote content for social media platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a minimum level 3 qualification. . Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Advanced skincare qualifications desirable but not essential. A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
