Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Massage Therapist / Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for beauty treatments and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various holistic & beauty services, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

Provide personalised consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Offer full range of massage treatments. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are hygienic and well-stocked. Stay updated on the latest beauty/holistic trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services available. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Assist in promoting beauty products and services to clients, encouraging repeat business.
Proven

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Relevant qualifications L3 & above certifications in holistic/beauty therapy are essential.
