Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, nail treatments Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued during their visits. Maintain a clean and hygienic and welcoming work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services. Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records to ensure personalised service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, to effectively interact with clients and team members. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy is mandatory. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development.
