Nikkiz Beauty has been a trusted name in the industry for over 15 years, proudly located in Pride Park - just 2 minutes from Derby City Centre. We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join us.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapist at Nikkiz Beauty, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments and an exceptional client experience. You'll be expected to work 2-3 days per week and contribute to the smooth daily running of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, managing appointments with professionalism and care Provide expert advice on treatments, services, and products Perform a range of beauty treatments to the highest standard Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon at all times Uphold a positive and professional attitude with both clients and team members
Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a salon environment NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry A team player with a positive and compassionate attitude
Required Treatment Skills:

Nail enhancements including extensions, BIAB, and gel polish Full pedicures (experience using an electric drill is essential) Lash lifts and eyelash extensions (Russian volume preferred) Brow lamination Facials and massage preferably Environ, Crystal Clear, Microneedling

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
