Duties
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, and specialised therapies.
Apply makeup for clients for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring customised looks that meet client expectations.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring a relaxing experience.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and follow up with clients as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services.
Experience
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within a salon or spa environment.
Proficiency in makeup application with an understanding of colour matching and skin tones.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants willing to learn on the job.
