Beauty Therapist (Negotiable part or full time hours)

In this role, you'll offer a wide range of advanced beauty and skincare treatments, guiding clients toward their skin and beauty goals and helping them feel their absolute best. Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of professional beauty treatments, including massage, body therapies, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and brow services Conduct personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare Ensure consistently high standards of service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty Build long-lasting relationships through outstanding customer care Contribute to salon performance by achieving service and retail targets Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment Promote and upsell retail products and treatment packages

Requirements

Proven salon experience offering a wide range of beauty treatments (minimum 2 years) Exceptional communication and consultation skills A strong focus on customer service and client care Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively A warm, professional attitude and passion for beauty therapy Ability to commit to working evening and Saturday shifts
